Each class will guide your through the process of creating a podcast that is scalable and aligned with your mission and business. All classes will be recorded in case you can’t make the session live.

Constructive feedback from peers and professionals.

Participants will record different elements of their show each week and will be grouped with fellow members to listen to and review each other’s work.

Weekly podcasting assignments to keep you on track to publish.

After each lesson, you’ll receive a specific task designed to help you make steady progress through the program and hit key milestones—ultimately preparing you for your big launch day!

You’ll get a polished intro, outro, trailer and first episode fully edited by the Full and Thriving production team for a smooth launch.

Hey, I’m Meg McCabe — founder of Full & Thriving Media, a podcast production, strategy and coaching company that helps businesses and thought leaders turn their ideas into powerful shows that build connection, authority, and growth.

My journey started back in 2020 when I launched a private mental health coaching practice. Like many entrepreneurs, I quickly realized that to attract clients, I needed to provide real value and share my message in a meaningful way. But posting on Instagram or TikTok just wasn’t cutting it—I wanted to educate, inspire, and connect more deeply.

That’s when I turned to podcasting, the medium I was already obsessed with. Within just a few months, my private practice was full, and my podcast grew to over 200,000 downloads, ranking in the top 2.5% of shows worldwide.

Podcasting didn’t just transform my business—it changed my confidence, my purpose, and my life. Now, I help others experience that same transformation by creating shows that truly connect and make an impact.
